Jazmine Sullivan comes back with a vengeance on “Holding You Down (Goin’ in Circles),” the first offering from her sophomore album. Missy Elliott is behind the boards again, providing an old-school sample for the Grammy-nominated singer. This is a song both hip-hop and R&B heads can appreciate. Her vocals aren't as smooth as usual but i personally still love it.
